What it does
Add a Pay by Invoice payment gateway to WooCommerce for approved B2B and wholesale customers only. GoUp Approved Customer Invoice Gateway adds a WooCommerce Pay by Invoice option for trusted account customers. Approval is tied to an individual logged-in WordPress user—not a role, company name, email domain, or browser value—and eligibility is rechecked on the server before an invoice order is accepted.

Compatibility and requirements
Frequently asked questions
How do I offer pay by invoice (net 30) to selected B2B customers in WooCommerce?
Approve the customer’s account from the WooCommerce management screen and set your invoice terms. Only logged-in, individually approved customers see the Pay by Invoice option at checkout; everyone else continues to pay with your normal gateways.
Does a wholesale customer role automatically grant invoice access?
No. Approval is stored for an individual WordPress user and must be granted explicitly by an authorized administrator.
Can guests use Pay by Invoice?
No. Version 1.0 requires a logged-in and individually approved customer account.
Does this plugin create PDF invoices or collect payment?
No. It provides an offline payment method and records the invoice terms. It does not create PDFs, invoice numbers, accounting entries, credit checks, or online transactions.
What happens when an approved customer is revoked?
Future invoice eligibility is removed. Existing orders keep their historical approval and terms snapshots unchanged.
Customer reviews
No reviews yet. Reviews come only from customers who hold a license for this plugin.
Updates, support, and cancellation
Every license covers one production website plus one staging or local development site, and includes maintained releases, automatic updates, fresh downloads, and product support during its term. Annual licenses renew automatically until cancelled. Two-year licenses are prepaid and renewed manually; lifetime licenses never expire. If a fixed-term license ends, your installed plugin continues working at its current version.
