This policy applies to the GoUpWP website, account area, support, downloads, licence API and update service. It protects customers, our infrastructure and other people while preserving the open-source rights attached to plugin code.
You must not
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity;
- probe, scan, attack, overload or bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls without our written authorisation;
- upload malware or content that infringes privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights;
- publish or trade licence keys, signed download links, private account credentials or non-public service data;
- use automation that unreasonably degrades the service or downloads packages in bulk;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or use support to harass staff or other users; or
- use a production activation on more sites than the purchased allowance.
Security research
Send suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@goupwp.com. Do not access other people’s data, disrupt production, use social engineering, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue. We will acknowledge good-faith reports and coordinate a reasonable remediation and disclosure timetable.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate affected service access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. Except in urgent security, legal or fraud situations, we will normally explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. We may preserve relevant records and report suspected crime where required.

Report abuse to legal@goupwp.com with the relevant URL, account or transaction reference and enough detail for us to investigate.
