We want GoUpWP to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input or altered colour and text settings. We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public marketplace, checkout and customer account.
What we have done
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels and a skip link.
- Keep core actions keyboard reachable with visible focus.
- Support responsive layouts and text enlargement without requiring a desktop-sized screen.
- Give form errors and status messages text descriptions rather than relying on colour alone.
- Avoid autoplaying media and unnecessary motion.
Known limitations
Third-party payment pages are controlled by PayPal. Some older plugin documentation may contain complex technical tables or code samples that require horizontal scrolling at narrow widths. We continue to review those materials as they are updated.
Get help or report a problem
If you cannot access part of the site, email support@goupwp.com. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology and browser used if you are comfortable sharing that information. We will offer the information or service in a reasonable alternative format and aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days.
Assessment and review
The site is covered by automated feature checks for landmarks and control names and by a documented responsive and keyboard review process. This statement is reviewed when the service changes materially and at least annually.
